Genius! Anyone who has thought to use food in architecture is a genius and that is exactly what Chef Duran thought to achieve. With the help from members of the Isaacs' Soups Up program along with the help a blurb from Issacs' Culinary Operations Manager, Cori Boudreaux. Behind the scenes were: Nurale, Justina, Joshua Telemaque, Brian Desiderio, Christian Orozco-Alvarez, and Karim (Chef Duran's lone helper). Without all of these dedicated individuals, this project would not have been possible.
On July 8th, 2021, Chef George Duran strived to break the Guinness World Record for tallest package tower standing at a whopping height of 3ft 4in (101.6 cm). Unfortunately, Chef Duran was unsuccessful in his attempt to break the previous record. Despite this disappointing fact, it is evident that Chef Duran and the individuals aforementioned had a blast regardless of not reaching their goal.
