In fact, beginning December 3rd, we at the Stanley Isaacs 1792 center will provide yoga for sessions students and staff, followed by our trained instructor, Lucia Russet, guiding you through restorative yoga practice. Students are the first tuesday and third tuesday of the month, staff are the first friday of every month. Should you have any more concerns, please feel free reach out.
