The Junior Knicks are joining forces with the NYCHA, the NYPD and the House of Mandela to present to you, the Junior Knicks 2021 NYCHA Basketball League! This program welcomes children from ages 10 to 15 years old at NYCHA locations to apply ! The Junior Knicks 2021 Basketball League prides itself on setting the safety and well-being of New York City's residents as its main focus. Their goal is to provide a safe and fun program for children, teaching them the importance of nonviolence through sports and education. As an additional resource, the NYCHA will contract with additional providers to offer anti-violence and media programming at each of the 24 sites!
Now here are some of the details of the Junior Basketball League! This event of the summer begins August 30th and ends on October 10th. Both boys and girls that reside in NYCHA from ages 10 to 15 are welcome to apply here→ https://on.nyc.gov/players
The deadline to apply, as a player, is Friday, August 20th. Be sure to apply if you are interested!

In addition to the Junior League, the Junior Knicks and the NYCHA provides a Skills & Drills Clinic for those the ages of 4 to 9!
