Share Your Opinion, Get $10 for Uber Eats!

I hope all is well. The Mayor's Fellows are collecting data to inform their findings and policy recommendations on increasing opportunities for opportunity youth. They have created this survey and have a goal of getting 100 responses from their peers. If you could please share this with any opportunity youth that you are working with, it would be much appreciated. We will be accepting responses until May 1st. The survey takes about fifteen minutes to complete and respondents will receive a $10 UberEats voucher upon completing the survey.
