Health and Wellness to me involves self care. Mentally, physically, and emotionally. For mental health, I enjoy reading. Personal favorites of mine are The Hate You Give, The fault in our Stars, and The Outsiders. Reading helps clear the mind and form the process of critical thinking.
For physical health, I enjoy working out, yoga, sleep and eating fruits and vegetables. By doing this, it made me feel more energized in the morning and over-time I started seeing my body and mood change.
And for emotional health, I personally write when I'm upset and/or workout. When I do this, it allows me to take my anger out in a healthy way without harming anyone including myself, and it allows me to acknowledge why I was angry in the first place.
