Fruits are sugary, starchy, seed-bearing plants that provide many species of animals around the world with a rich source of nutrients. Despite this fact, there are people in this world who either refuse or don't have access to organic fruits and vegetables.
Growing up, fruits and vegetables were not my friends. I tried to avoid anything healthy at any cost, only eating my favorite food at the time, mac & Cheese. As I grew older, I came to realize the importance of a balance diet. Thinking long term, a balanced diet will give you the strength to accomplish what you want in life. Now add a little bit of exercise and you're golden. A balanced diet with exercise benefits every part of your life. It positively impacts your mental/emotional health as well as your physical health. So, the moral of the story, just eat your fruits and vegetables!
