ArtBridge seeks NYCHA Artists for paid opportunity

nperez727

Dear CEP Partners, As part of the Mayor’s City Artist Corps program, the nonprofit ArtBridge will be producing public art programs at NYCHA developments in all five boroughs. To implement this program, ArtBridge is seeking artists who live in NYCHA housing, or who are closely, personally connected to specific NYCHA communities. Selected artists will each be paid $6,000 to run workshops with NYCHA residents, and produce artwork designs that derive from those workshops – artworks that reflect the lives and cultures of public housing residents.

Please share info and application with your participants:http://bit.ly/artbridge-cac. The application deadline is July 5.
